Working with Brandon and GreenLynx was a very pleasant experience for my demolition project. From the early stages, Brandon gave some information that was helpful, and backed it up with a good quote. He was responsive in communicating while planning the project. During the execution his team was very effective, efficient, pleasant to work with. They helped decide some details along the way during the execution and were flexible when a few things were added.

GreenLynx Team has worked on many of our projects at American Design & Build. What I appreciate is that they are always on schedule, they keep the project site clean and costs are very reasonable. I endorse them highly. Further within the scope of demolition I can see that most of the material being removed will be recycled and re-used and for us at a very similar cost if we were to just demo and haul to a debris site! Great for the environment, great for the efficient job and great for the in line cost! First two images one project where they removed entire kitchen, bath dining room in just 2 days and left the site clean and ready to begin reconstruction. Second 3 images an entire two story section of a San Francisco home where they totally removed to the foundation and every bit of material had to be hand moved down a 3 foot wide walk way 60 feet to the street. This took just one week! Absolutely amazing!
